Our beautifully maintained and decorated three bedroom, two bath, first floor condo is located just 75 yards to the entrance to the beautiful 31st street beach. Our property has a very bright, cheerful a cozy, beach cottage interior and will provide you with the amenities and location that will create a memorable stay at the shore.

Included in your rental will be beach chairs, beach tags, bicycles, fireplace, beach towels, a library of games, books and videos. Within walking distance are a playground, tennis courts and a variety of stores and restaurants.

Of course, the beach, boardwalk and all the activities of the town rated as 'the USA's Best Family Resort' by the Travel Channel are yours to enjoy. The excitement of Atlantic City's casinos, the Walk outlets and the Quarter as well as Victorian Cape May are a 30 minute drive up or down the coast.
