Topsail Village in Bethany Beach

Enjoy this three bedroom home in the
Salt Pond community of Bethany Beach. This two story home
overlooks the 15th green of the golf course and woodlands beyond.
The house is only a few minutes from the beach by car or bike. It's
just a short walk to the Salt Pond swimming pools, tennis courts,
volleyball and basketball courts.
The main floor (inverted plan) has a spacious living room with
cathedral ceiling, dining area with French door to deck, a large,
fully-equipped kitchen, a guest half bathroom and the master
bedroom and bath. The outside deck has a table and chairs for outside
dining. Downstairs has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a laundry
room. The lower deck has adirondack chairs and a hammock for
relaxing.
The house holds a maximum of 8 people and rents from Saturday to
Saturday. Partial-week rentals are accepted September through May. They will be considered June through August based on last minute availability. There is a no smoking and no pets policy.

The house is comfortable and tastefully furnished. There is a
fireplace (seasonal) in the living room, 4TVs, DVD, VCR and CD
player as well as high speed wireless internet connection. The kitchen has
dishwasher, icemaker,microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, etc.. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub as well as a shower. The bedrooms are roomy with a queen in the master, two doubles in the 2nd, and a double in the 3rd that has a twin top bunk. Plenty of games, books, puzzles, music and
movies are there for your enjoyment. Outside there is a gas grill
and an outdoor (cold water) shower.

Within the Salt Pond community there are indoor/outdoor swimming
pools, tennis courts, volley ball, basketball, shuffleboard, and a
clubhouse with a fitness center. You can also enjoy
biking and walking trails as well as fishing, kayaking or canoeing
on the pond and canals. This is a great area for year-round bird and wildlife watching. A small fee is required for swimming, tennis and the
fitness center. A public 18 hole executive golf course is on the
property. Bethany Beach is a small, quaint town with many good
restaurants, lovely coastal state parks nearby, and great boating
areas. About 15 minutes north is Rehoboth Beach with its outlet
malls, amusement parks, and boardwalk. About the same distance
south is Ocean City, MD with many restaurants and boardwalk
amusements. Also in the area are the historic town of Lewes and a
ferry that takes you to the Victorian town of Cape May, NJ.

The house is a wonderful year round escape. Enjoy cozy fires on those cool days. We have comfortable weather for golf March-November.
