prints - island living at its best! Newer furnishings, appliances, 
linens and kitchenware-very clean unit. 

Building has a heated pool, tennis courts, private beach(non-
swimming), sauna, clubroom with ping pong and library. 

Located in the middle of it all...just south of Key Largo, 2 hour 
drive to Key West...near restaurants, marinas and tourist 
attractions. 

No pets, smoking, boats or trailers.    

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TVs, DVD/CD Player, wine cooler.
Full (open) kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, 
coffeemaker and cookware/utensils.
Queen size bed(w/new pillows and 400 Thread Ct. Sheets 10/07).
Full size pull-out sofa(linens provided).
Laundry room on same floor.
Bedroom and living room have access to balcony which offers 
a partial view of the ocean.
