Vacation Rental Description

This Elegant Secluded Private Paradise is nestled in Cay Hill on the 
Dutch side of St. Maarten.  It is surrounded by lush tropical 
gardens on four tenths of an acre of land.

This large fully air conditioned 3 bedroom and 3 bath villa has over 
5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor comfort plus incredible 
views of the Caribbean Sea and of the neighboring island of Saba.
While lounging on the comfortable deck furniture, you can view 
breathtaking sunsets and passing cruise ships while listening to 
music by the pool deck.  The outside patio has a covered dining area 
with ceiling fans and outdoor speakers.

This luxury villa has both a formal living room and a casual living 
room with a 42” plasma TV and DVD player with surround sound.  The 
sofa opens to a queen size bed.  Enjoy a quiet evening playing the 
piano or a game of chess, while others enjoy the TV, music or 
karaoke.  With our complimentary stocked bar, you can mix yourself a 
refreshing cocktail.  

Cay Bay is known for being one of the best scuba diving and 
snorkeling areas on the island.  Some snorkeling gear is provided at 
the villa.

The first floor has the kitchen, dining room, formal living room, 
casual living room, outside dining area, pool and patio.  The first 
floor bedroom is located off the pool deck.  This bedroom has a 
queen size bed, 27” TV/ DVD Combo, breakfast table and chairs and a 
complete bathroom.

The second floor has two bedrooms and private bathrooms in each.  
The master suite has a king size canopy bed with luxury sheets and 
feather pillows.  It also opens to a private dining balcony area and 
beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea.  The master bathroom has a 
double sink vanity, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, toilet and bidet.  
It also has 27” TV/DVD Combo, a stereo with CD player and a very 
large walk-in closet. The other suite has a king size bed with 
luxury bed linens.  There is a large sitting area with 27” TV/DVD 
Combo, microwave and a table and chairs.  The private bathroom has a 
sink, toilet and shower.  There is a separate laundry room with a 
washer and dryer.  Since the room is so spacious, we can even put an 
additional queen size bed in this room, if needed.

The private drive with gated entry allows total privacy and security 
with a central location between Simpson Bay and less than 2 minutes 
from Philipsburg, beaches, shopping, restaurants and casinos.  We 
are only 15 minutes from the airport.
