Vacation Rental Description

This brand new 2600 square foot, 2-story oceanfront house is on a 
beautiful bluff directly overlooking the ocean. The house is 
perfectly situated halfway between Rosarito and Ensenada in the 
highly sought-after Plaza Del Mar gated community. 

The house provides 3 large fully furnished and well-appointed 
bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with beautiful glass & tile showers in 
each. Also, there are three separate outdoor patios, two of them 
upstairs with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Of course, there are 
handcrafted Mexican tiles throughout. 

The house is within minutes of numerous recreational activities 
(see "Activities" section) and the Homeowners Association provides 
24-hour security services. 

Best of all, this house is is close enough to Rosarito and Ensenada 
to have an adventure, yet far enough away to relax and get away from 
it all!

Vacation Rental Amenities

This house comes complete with all the highest level home amenities:

Mexican tiles throughout, Satellite TV, DVD player, Stereo/CD 
player, Refrigerator, High quality Oven/Range, Brand New Furnishings 
throughout the house, Washing Maching/Dryer, Microwave, Coffee 
Maker, Blender, Toaster, Pots/Pans, all Dishes and Utensils, Linens, 
bath towels, Iron & Ironing Board.

The master bedroom has a king size bed overlooking the ocean, 2nd 
bedroom has queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room 
has a leather sofa/queen sleeper and two leather chairs/ottomans, as 
well as a Futon (that can sleep an additional person). There is also 
a garage w/automatic door opener. There are 3 outdoor patio 
terraces. One is on the ground floor complete with a charcoal 
Barbeque and genuine Mexican decorative stone table (great for 
lunch). Another is upstairs attached to the master bedroom with a 
breathtaking view of the ocean - complete with a chiminea, for a 
cozy nighttime fire. The third and largest patio terrace is also 
upstairs and overlooks the ocean - comes complete with a large 
outdoor table and 8 chairs for dining, relaxing, or just sunning.

The Homeowners Association retains 24-hour security services. 

Activities and Attractions

Gourmet Restaurant "La Fonda" (about 1/2 mile south), Golfing at 
Bajamar (just a couple miles south),Puerto Nuevo, lobster village is 
a short drive north, excellent surfing near K58 (1/2 mile south), 
ATV and off-road rentals, "Foxploration" Fox studio tour, full day 
and 1/2 day fishing, walks along the ocean,

Summer Rates (May through October)

1-6 People, $200/night, ($25 extra per person, up to 8 people)
1-8 People, $1000/week, 
1-8 People, $2500/month,  ($250 utilities)

Winter Rates (November through April)
            
1-6 People, $150/night, ($15 extra per person, up to 8 
people)                                                              
1-8 People $800/week ($100 for 
utilities)                                                           
1-8 People $2000/month ($250 utilities) 

Costs may change Holidays and Special Events.

Additional Fees:

-$45 cleaning fee. One Time
(If you would like cleaning throughout your stay, you can get 
individual cleaning service as well for about $25 per cleaning).
-$300 Security Deposit. This is 100% returnable. 
($200 Extra security deposit with a pet)
