Rancho Las Palmas is a gated, secure community that contains a Ted
Robinson designed 27 hole championship golf course, 25 tennis courts,
an exercise gym, and 26 swimming pools all with jacuzzis. Rancho Las
Palmas is located near the new "River" complex which boasts a host of
excellent restaurants as well as shops and a movie theatre.
This one story condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sitting on
the covered front porch with a relaxing fountain you can enjoy views
of the sunset and on the back patio you can enjoy a view of the 5th
hole on the South golf course along with a beautiful sunrise.
