Summer Rate (May 1- Sept. 15):

Weekly Rates- (Sunday to Sunday) $600.00

Weekends: (Thursday through Sunday) $350.00

Fall Rate (Sept. 15-Nov. 1) Fall Foliage

Weekly Rates- (Sunday to Sunday) $650.00

Weekends: (Thursday through Sunday) $400.00

Winter Rates (Nov. 2nd- April 30):

Weekly Rates- (Sunday to Sunday) $750.00

Weekends: (Thursday through Sunday) $550.00

Booking requires 50% down, with the remainder due 30 days prior to the rental date.

$300.00 refundable security deposit will be added to the total amount due; which is payable at the
time of final payment due date.

Cleaning is included in rental fee. Utilities included in all rentals. Pets - please inquire.

Condo can be rented by the night and monthly rental; please e-mail for rate.

Check-out time is 10.00 a.m. Check-in time is 2:00 p.m.
Long term
rental would be considered.
