This penthouse, oceanfront, S.E. corner unit is second to none. The unit faces both the Northeast and Southeast giving you a truly breathtaking panoramic view of the sparkling ocean. There are two large balconies, one 6' by 13' balcony off of the main living room and another huge 8' by 19' balcony off the third bedroom. The master bedroom contains a top quality king bed mattress, the guest room has a queen bed, and the third bedroom contains a king pull out leather sofa.

Unit 449 is only one of two units in the entire building with a beautiful unique screened in sunroom to enjoy every second of your Florida vacation. The unit contains state of the art decorations, leather furnishings, a new glass dinette set, a fully equipped kitchen, detailed linens, wireless internet, quality patio furniture and much much more.

 The beautiful, well maintained complex has a heated oceanfront pool which overlooks the ocean. The complex is built right next to a sea wall to get you as close to the ocean as any condo in Florida. It is perfectly situated on a beautiful quiet stretch of beach, yet very close to shopping and restaurants. A large brand new Publix opened up across the street as well as a movie theatre in a plaza.

The complex is located 20 minutes from Melbourne Airport, 15 minutes from the Cocoa Beach Pier, 10 minutes to Indialantic, and an hour away from the Orlando Airport and Disneyworld.

Fantastic long weekend getaway

My wife and I (and our dog) spent a fantastic long weekend at this over Christmas while visiting family. The unit was as advertised. The location is not only oceanfront but the balcony off of the living room, is directly over the seawall, making for amazing views - you can see a full 180 degree view of the entire coastline. We have a small dog but even a medium to large size dog would have a comfortable amount of room to room the unit. The location is short drive to everything that you'd need but is not in a crowded area. It is a great rental that we actually missed when we left.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Wonderful Vacation!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in March 2011, it was so beautiful. The view from every window, the ocean is right there. The unit is spacious and has everything that you needed. The owner was so delightful to work with. The location was excellent, everything was right there. The place itself was very clean, the people were very friendly. We would love to go back as soon as possible.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, pet-friendly, tourists without a car

We really liked this unit. There are many pluses and a couple minuses, otherwise I would rate it as excellent. There are two beautiful balconies. One is off a bedroom and faces south and gives you the warm sun all day. (We were there in early Feb.) Both offer a great view of the ocean so close that you can hear the waves crashing on the beach when you go to bed at night. Very comfortable with a nice kitchen and appliances. Very difficult to keep sand off the floor as requested. Should have a few throw rugs to help and maybe a small vacuum. The temperature is a not adjustable which I found to be a bit annoying because I’m a bit particular with that. With that said, we were still quite comfortable. The pool was closed for two days for maintenance which was just unlucky for us. All in all a very nice unit that we would like to return to again
