Step out onto the glass front balcony of this distinctive vacation condo to see the ocean, main pool and lush surroundings. The condo is equipped and furnished with amenities to allow for a relaxing vacation - with or without children!
* 3 bedrooms - 2 queen sized and 2 single beds - sleeps 6. (For an additional charge, 2 twin air matresses are available).
* 2 full bathrooms (each with a tub, shower and hair dryer).
* All bedrooms have overhead fans and air conditioners.
* All bedrooms and living room have flat screen LCD televisions with Direct TV and premium channels. *Wireless WiFi in unit and at the club house.
* The kitchen has stainless steel refrigerator with ice-maker, a garbage disposal, dishwasher, ceramic-top stove, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, cups, and grill utensils are provided for your convenience. The kitchen counter has 3 bar stools.
* The dining room table seats 6, but can be extended to seat 8.
* Several beach chairs, a cooler, floats, a variety of beach toys, mini-golf putters and golf balls, basketball, volleyball, tennis balls and tennis raquets are provided by the unit to allow you to enjoy all the excellent condo complex amenities.
* Additional lounge chairs and umbrellas are available on a 'first come' basis throughout the multiple pools in the complex.

Maid service is NOT provided but a washer and dryer is located in the unit if you choose to wash items during your stay. A few rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels are provided. A beach towel and 1-2 bath towels are provided per person, per stay.

Our on-site manager or his designee will meet you at your car rental location at the San Juan airport (SJU). You will then be escorted to a Supermarket for a quick stop to buy groceries and then for the 20 minute ride east of San Juan to Aquatika 7402.

Your escort will take a few minutes to familiarize you to the unit, the fabulous condo complex and the location of the 2 assigned parking spaces. In addition, you will receive the keys to the unit, a remote for the condo complex gate, and our on-site manager's contact information - in case of condo emergencies.

You are then free to settle in, pour yourself a cool drink, have a seat on the balcony, and make yourself at home! Be sure to take advantage of all the excellent amenities at Aquatika - enjoy the the beautiful beach; gorgeous palm trees and lush landscape.

Throughout the complex, you will 5 pools - including a Rio Loco or crazy river, a water slide, water falls, a club house with bar, tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball court, mini golf, exercise room, sauna, jacuzzi, charcoal grills and several play areas for the little ones.

A vacation condo with living and dining areas, a kitchen, laundry, private bedrooms, and a balcony provides more space at considerable less amount of money than a cramped hotel room. What a bargain!

Peak rental rates: December 15 to July 31 ranges $1250 - $1550 per week

Off peak rental rates: August 1 to December 14 ranges $1050 - 1250 per week

$100 electricity fee per stay $75 cleaning fee per stay
$500 deposit is required at time of booking (includes refundable $200 security deposit)
