sofa in the living room and a queen size sleeper sofa in the den.
You'll be amazed at the size of the unit - a very large kitchen with
a counter that seats three, a large dining area , and a very large
living area all open. Off the living area is a beautiful fully
screened in lanai with privacy for a quiet afternoon of relaxing.
Beautifully decorated and brand new furnishings will transform you
into a tropical adventure. A stacked washer and dryer is tucked away
for your convenience.

The Naples Bay Resort is a fabulous brand new vacation resort which
when completed will consist of coach homes and hotel suites on the
marina within walking distance to the famous "Fifth Ave." of Naples,
FL. A fabulous wading pool with tropical waterfalls sets the scene
for a day of R & R. A secluded hot tub is nearby and a lazy river
pool will wisk you away for a relaxing float. A separate children's
pool and a secluded lap pool round out the spectacular 5000 sq ft.
pool area. Bar services and lunch is available at the pool area with
tables and unbrella's for your convenience. Cabanna's are found
around the pool with draped sides to protect from the sun for a cool
afternoon nap. A few feet away is the most up to date workout
facility available. It includes 45 stations featuring Technogym
Equipment, memory equipment, a full time personal trainer, sauna and
steam room, yoga, pilates, etc. The Spa offers numerous treatments,
massages and a couple's room.

Body treatments are available and exercise classes are scheduled
daily. Golf privileges at three private courses, kids club, access
to the Naples Bay Resort and Hotel and Marina and Yacht Club (when
