Vacation Rental Description

This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home, located 
one block from the beach features a 2 story greatroom with 
fireplace, solar heated pool, 3rd story bonus room that over looks 
the ocean and is within walking distance of the beach, without 
crossing Atlantic Ave.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, 
coffee maker, oven, microwave and Jenn-Aire stove top grill.  
Cooking utensils and eating utensils are provided.  The 
kitchen/dining area has a breakfast bar as well as a more formal 
dining area.  The two story great room features a floor to ceiling 
fireplace and several cozy seating areas.  The garage houses the 
washer and dryer as well as a utility sink that makes a great place 
to store those wet bathing suits.  

The pool area is stunning with lovely tropical plants surrounding 
the perimeter of the yard.  The solar pool heating systems keeps the 
pool at just the right tempurature year round.  An outdoor shower is 
provided for those quick rinse offs after a day at the beach.

The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The master 
suite overlooks the great room through a stained glass shuttered 
window.  The deck off of the master bedroom overlooks the pool 
area.  With the sliding doors open, you can fall asleep to the 
sounds of the ocean.  The master bath features a seperate shower/ 
toilet area with pocket door and a seperate built in vanity.

The second bedroom has twins beds and a tropical theme.  The third 
bedroom has a full size bed.  The third floor bonus room 
is a great place to get away and enjoy the view.  It features a 
wetbar with fridge, microwave, sink and coffee maker, sofa loveseat 
and 2 twin beds, trundle style.
