includes charming Master Bedroom with television, desk and high  
speed internet connection, full bath and plenty of storage.  Center  
hall leads to well stocked galley kitchen with new appliances.  Pass- 
through bar in kitchen has ocean view and adjoins to dining area  
that seats six.  Listen to one of the CD collection on the Bose  
stereo.  Spectacular living room view of surf and dunes is focal  
point of sofa(bed) and loveseat arrangement.  Armoire holds 27"  
television (W/cable), VCR, DVD and a good array of board games.   
Adjoining the cathedral-ceilinged living room is a large, sunny  
ocean front deck with a retractable canopy.  Enjoy fabulous sunsets,  
year round.  Villa is an easy, five minute walk to the Clubhouse,  
pools, healthclub, golf courses, etc.
