Park West. Fully furnished, queen size bed in main bedroom, double
in sofa bed. Shower/Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom, shower in second
bathroom. Very spacious, approx. 900 sq. ft. We are walking distance
to subways(1,2,3,A,C,B, & D), buses and taxis. On-street parking is
usually available. Located near convenience stores, drug store,
markets.

$1,600/Weekly or $250/Night (2-night minimum).
$60 Cleaning Fee f/4+ night stays.
$300 security deposit required upon arrival.
8.875% sales tax
50% deposit required at time of reservation. Payment must be made by
money order, bank check or personal check (will be subject to
clearing).
20% Cancellation fee if cancelled up to 20 days prior to arrival
date. Forfeit deposit if cancelled less than 20 days prior to
arrival date. If cancelled dates are rebooked 20 days prior to original arrival date, we will refund deposit.
No pets or smoking permitted.
