Clean Casual Comfortable.   Our  Waterfront Home has a spectacular view of the lake through the large new windows. The new front porch is the talk of the southend of Skaneateles Lake. This is a family friendly home.  We have games, toys and activities for children of all ages.  Access the water easily and enjoy our grassy waterfront with fire pit.  The wood is provided!  Your boat is welcome at our dock.
The home is available for Friday to Friday weekly rental from May through October.

We are a non-smoking home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living room, game room, and large front porch with lounge chairs and rockers.  We have heat to take the chill off on those cooler spring and fall days and nights.

Two bedrooms on first floor have two twin beds each. Two large bedrooms on the second floor have a queen each and one crib. There is a bath and freshly painted half bath on the first floor and new bathroom on the second floor. All bedrooms have fans and the largest bedroom upstairs has air conditioning although we rarely need to use it.

TV available with DVD, VCR.  No TV reception but lots of books and games in the house.  Ipod speaker for your Ipods. Access to the internet is also available.

Our game room with free standing gas fire stove is filled with cozy chairs and games to enjoy and a variety of toys for little ones. 

Outside the grassy area is perfect  for playing bocci ball, badminton, or croquet--all provided. 

The kitchen is well equipped with washer, drier, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, toaster, blender, crockpot, lots of large and small pots, griddle for pancakes and plenty of dinnerware and silverware. There are two highchairs and a booster chair available for little ones.  We provide a grill. 

The 180 feet of waterfront includes a grassy area with pier and boat mooring.  The boat launch is within 5 minutes.  Steps and a shallow area for the little ones to wade in.  We provide a small pool for children under 2 years old. A fire pit with logs and marshmallow sticks is located at the waterfront.  Of course, we provide lounge chairs.

Enjoy biking, and hiking, swimming, fishing and boating.   Family biking is great with a small historic school and playground an easy bike ride from our home.

Minutes away is New Hope Mills, Bear Swamp State Park and Carpenter Falls where hiking, biking, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and snowshoe activities are available on maintained trails.
Other attractions include wine tours, polo matches, the classic boat show--last weekend in July and the Skaneateles Festival with music on the lake.
Play golf at several nearby courses at very reasonable rates.
And, of course, there is the cleanest lake in the Northeast!
