Vacation Rental Description
This tastefully decorated contemporary style 2 Bedroom 2 Bath
luxury style condo exhibits everything for a memorable vocation
experience. This building called "Aqua Terra" is the 'talk of the
town' with its Modern look including handsome dark stained entry
doors on every unit. This unit has a large balcony which overlooks
an aqua blue pool nestled among trees and a sun bathing lounge area.
The interior is very comfortable and inviting with Crema Marfil
Classico marble floors throughout which adds to its elegance. The
kitchen has dark chocolate stained cabinets with granite counter
tops with stools. Also provided is everything you need to fine dine
inside from stainless steel appliances, coffee/espresso maker,
blender, microwave, and cooking utensils. The dining area sits four
with comfortable dining chairs.
The living area has a full leather coach and another large
chair with ottoman centered by an Italian marble coffee table. This
prepares you for movie watching on a 27" television with cable that
has movies around the clock. I also provided some movies on DVD for
you to watch as well. The stero system comes IPod ready with a jack
in the back, however bring your favorite CD's to play as well.
There are two king size beds in each of the bedrooms along with a
night stand and lamp on each side. Off course I didn't forget the
alarm clocks for early sunrise wake ups. Also we provide 400 count
sheets so your stay is comfortable. The master bedroom also houses a
safe for you personals.
Lastly the art work is colorful but peaceful so your stay reminds
you of the escape you were looking for.
Daily maid service is included in the rental price. The management
company, English and Spanish speaking, is only a 7 minute walk away
so all your needs are met during your stay. They will greet you
when you arrive so you feel comfortable and familiar with the
ammenities or to answer any questions.
Aqua Terra is located in the Italian area of Playa Del Carmen with a
concentration of amazing Italian restaurants. However, most
everything in Playa Del Carmen is walking distance with the famous
Coco beach only a 9 minute walk. On the way to the beach is the
famous 5th Avenue (La Quinta)which offers many restaurants, outdoor
cafes, and boutique shops.

Activities and Attractions
Playa Del Carmen is a 30-40 minute drive south of Cancun's airport.
There is more to do than you can imagine with the prize possession
being the turquoise colored ocean which displays itself all along
the Caribean. Playa is distinct with no Hi Rises and all buildings
no higher than 3 stories. Aqua Terra is a 3 minute walk to 5th
Avenue where you begin a 2 kilometer walk along a hand laid brick
street with restaurants, shops, cafes, and services. Yes there is
even Gelato!
Close by is X-Caret which is a great place to see local wildlife,
snorkeling, and learn about the Mayan culture. Half hour south by
car is the famous Tulum where the beaches are to die for, quaint
restaurants, and the famous Mayan pyramids. If you stay local you
can take a fairy over to the island of Cozumel where the diving and
snorkeling are among the best in the world. Yes you can even see a
sunset while your there.
Walking the beach in Playa Del Carmen is a spiritual experience.
If you feel active there is boat trips, sailing, jet skiing,
snorkeling, diving, parasailing, deep sea fishing, canoeing and I
think the best swimming ever.
