approximately 1200 sq.ft with Boat/RV parking. The backyard has a
gunite pool with attached jacuzzi, patio cover, table/chairs and BBQ. Everything is new- carpet,
paint, appliances kitchen, bathrooms, etc... Because of our recent hardwork on the house, we do
not rent our house as a "Party House".   Cable and high speed internet included (wireless also)

Absolutely no smoking or pets!
It is ~3.5 miles up town as you exit South Palo Verde

*$1395.00 per month (Requires minimum of 3 consecutive months)
~$500.00 Deposit applies to all stays. Refundable considering no damages.
~$85.00 Cleaning fee. Deducted from deposit upon departure.
~Payment due 6 weeks prior to planned arrival.
~Deposit not refunded if cancellation occurs within 60 days of arrival date. If cancellation within
30 days of arrival you forfeit first month rent or amount paid if less than 1 month rental
contract.
Cancellation must be provided in writing via letter or e-mail.
Renters assume 100% liability for children/adults while in the backyard due to pool. Perimeter of
property is gated per code, but there is not a specific gate surrounding the pool itself.
Monitoring of children is critical and required at all times.
