Vacation Rental Description

Lovely two story townhouse. The unit has two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths  
and a deck.  It is conviently located about two blocks from beach.   
The unit includes beach badges and is to be rented to families only - 
no groups.

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is a washer/dryer in unit as well as cable tv, air  
conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, and blender. Off street parking  
spot included.

Activities and Attractions

Near water park, beach, boardwalk, and many restaurants.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rentals for June are $1,000/week, 
July & August rentals are $1,200/week 
 
Saturday to Saturday rental - check-in 2:00 PM and check-out 11:00  
AM. 
 
A $500 security is required.  Key will not be mailed out until unit  
is paid in full with cashiers check or money order and security  
deposit is received.  1/2 payment is required to hold unit and  
second half due one month before rental date.  1 week prior to  
rental security deposit check must be received.
