One bedroom down with queen bed and full bath. Three bedrooms
upstairs: one with queen bed and 2 rooms with twin beds each. 1 1/2
baths on second floor. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, and
appliances, including dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave,
clothes washer and dryer, 2 televisions with cable and 2 car garage.
On site amenities include swimming, dock for sunbathing,deck with
table and chairs, sandy beach, fishing, water sports and nearby boat
rental.

Yankee Springs, a 13,000 acre recreation area nearby offers hiking
and biking trails and boat launch. Within 2 miles: several golf
courses, driving range and miniature golf; choice of several
restaurants, convenience and grocery stores, movie rental, souvenir
and specialty stores.

Vacation Rental Rates:
Occupancy: Maximum of 8 people.
$1500 per week($250 is refundable) - June, July, August

Check - in Saturday 3:00 PM;
Check - out Saturday11:00 AM.
A $500 Deposit fee is required to hold your reservation.
Refund with 30 day notice. $250 of this deposit is refundable if
property is clean, undamaged and in same condition as check in. This
deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days of your departure.
Balance of rental due 15 days prior to arrival.
