Vacation Rental Description

We are renting this new, luxury condo in Ocean Beach for only $175 per night for a back to school  
special! This gorgeous condo is just steps from the pier and beach and cheaper than a hotel! 
We are close to great dining and attractions like Sea World and San diego Zoo. Stay by the beach and  
enjoy the beautiful weather and location. Ocean Beach has it all! 
This is a 2 bedroom one bath condo that sleeps up to 6 with a super plush king bed in the master  
bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. One  
covered parking space is provided for this gated unit. This condo is truly upscale with granite  
counter tops, plasma TVs, gas fireplace in the living room, and all stainless steel appliances. The  
courtyard has a gas BBQ and table that is really nice for those nights or afternoons you want to  
grill. Our condo is beautiful and the location is perfect! We know you will love it as much as we do!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Courtyard with community BBQ and table. Wireless internet connection  
and cable with HBO and Showtime. Free local calls.TV and DVD player  
in the living room. TV and DVD player in the master bedroom. All  
linens are provided. Kitchen is stocked with items you will need for cooking or BBQing. There is  
also a stackable washer and dryer for your use. 
Iron, blowdryer, and highchair are in the unit for your convienence as well.

Activities and Attractions

We are about 100 feet from the pier and the beach. The pier is great  
for fishing or dolphin watching. (We see them almost every time we  
go!) There is also a nice Cafe' there as well. The breakfast and  
tacos are great! 
The airport is less than 5 miles, Sea World is less than 3 miles away, the San  
Diego zoo is 9 miles and downtown is very close as well. We are a  
block from (Newport)in the heart of Ocean Beach and every Wednesday  
night there is a Farmer's market on that street. We are close to  
many great restaurants, bars,and great shopping (walking distance).  
One mile from deep sea fishing and much more!

November-April-$1250 per week $195per night 
May-Aug-$1950 per week $295 per night 
Sept-October-$1225 per week $175 per night 
From $175-$295 per night. 
Cleaning fees may apply. 
Rentals longer than a week may be eligible for a discount. 
Holidays may have a varied rate. Call for details.
