This gorgeous condo is just steps from the pier and beach!
Great location and condo that has all the comforts of home.
We are close to attractions like Sea World (3 miles) and San
Diego Zoo (9 miles). Stay by the beach and enjoy the beautiful weather and location. Rent bikes or surfboards from just a block away. So many great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Ocean Beach has it all!
This is a 2 bedroom condo that sleeps up to 4 adults or 6 total with children. There is a super plush king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and two leather futons in the living room. One covered parking space is provided for this gated unit. The condo is nicely upgraded with granite counter tops, plasma TVs, gas fireplace in the living room, and all stainless steel appliances. The courtyard has a gas BBQ and table that is really convienent for those nights or afternoons you want to grill. Our condo is clean, comfortable, beautiful and the location is perfect!

Courtyard with community BBQ and table. Wireless internet connection
and cable with HBO and Showtime. Free local calls. TV and DVD player
in the living room. TV and DVD player in the master bedroom. All
linens are provided. Kitchen is stocked with items you will need for
cooking or BBQing.
There is also a stackable washer and dryer for your use.
Iron, blowdryer, and highchair are in the unit for your convienence
as well.

We are about 75 feet from the pier and the beach. The pier is great
for fishing or dolphin watching. (We see them almost every time we
go!) There is also a nice Cafe' there as well. The breakfast and
tacos are great!
The airport is less than 5 miles, Sea World is less than 3 miles
away, the San Diego zoo is 9 miles and downtown is very close as well. We are a block from (Newport) in the heart of Ocean Beach and every Wednesday
night there is a Farmer's market on that street. We are close to
many great restaurants, bars,and great shopping (walking distance).
One mile from deep sea fishing and much more!
