This third floor gulf front unit, 1248 square feet has gorgeous views from the family room and master bedroom with a patio door going out to the balcony from the master bedroom and family room.  It is easy to use the stairs if you prefer not to use the elevator. The entire complex has been renovated and modernized inside and out.  It is completely furnished as a second home with new everything...granite, appliances and furnishings. We keep our unit well stocked with everything needed to make your vacation enjoyable and comfortable.   

Sandy Key has two gulf front pools, one heated and a
huge hot tub, exercise room with new equipment and tennis court.

This unit will sleep four people; king in the master and a queen in
the second bedroom.

Sandy Key is very well maintained, low density with 180 units, and uncrowded beaches.

Johnson Beach Federal park is within walking distance with nature trails, and there are spas nearby plus a zoo, waterpark, plenty of shopping, and great restaurants.  Perdido Key allows you to slow down and enjoy natural beauty.

No smoking and no pets are allowed.

Beach chair and umbrella rental services are available. Balcony, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, washer/dryer, linens, 3 cable TVs,
wireless internet,  3 dvd players, beach front exercise room located on the first floor of our building. Charcoal grills with picnic areas available, tennis court, two pools and huge outdoor hot tub.

Biking, minature golf, amusement park, fishing, sightseeing,
swimming, snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, surfing, jet skiing,
shelling. There are several golf courses with Perdido's Lost Key
Golf Club nearby. You can charter a boat for fishing at Zek's Deep
Sea Marina or many others. All kinds of shopping with an outlet
mall in Foley, AL. The Wharf in Orange Beach has a movie theatre, shopping and
restaurants.
Restaurants abundant. Close to Pensacola Naval
Museum and home of the Blue Angles flight team and the Pensacola
Greyhound Track. There are tour buses going to Biloxi, MS on a
daily basis. You are only minutes to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, AL
and Pensacola, FL.

**$150 deposit upon booking will hold dates chosen & refunded after
checkout & inspection of the condo. The full amount of the deposit
may be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least two weeks
prior to the reservation date.
