Come and enjoy the winter months in the Florida sun.
This beautiful vacation home, finished in November 2006, has an open
floor plan, split bedroom, open kitchen overlooking a 14' x 28'
heated pool. Our home is located on a quiet peaceful street,which
provides a restful setting with lots of birds and wildlife.
The home is fully furnished and ready to move into. Just bring your
clothes and enjoy!
This home has three (3) bedrooms, greatroom, open kitchen and dining
area, three (3) baths, laundry room, and a two (2) car garage.
The master bedroom has two large walk-in closets and a bath suite
with twin bowls and a Roman style shower. There is also a sliding
glass door opening out to the pool deck lanai area.
The two guest rooms have large closets and share a beautiful tiled
bath.
The greatroom has cathedral ceilings and a large sliding glass door
that opens out into the pool deck lanai area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the dining area which
has an aquarium window overlooking the pool The dining area also has
a door leading out to the pool deck lanai area. There is also a
large pantry for food storage.
The laundry room is furnished with a washer and dryer. There is also
a desk for your computer and hook-up is available.
The pool area has both open and covered areas. There is a half bath
in the pool area and an outside hot and cold shower. The sun shines
most of the day in the pool area and there are lounge chairs and a
table and chairs for your convenience.
There are two (2) TV's--one in the greatroom and one in the master
bedroom. You will have 100 different channels at your disposal with
DVR .
There is a telephone available for you for local calls only.
A gas BBQ grill is furnished for your use.
The lanai area is screened in and covers the pool. Patio furniture
is also furnished. Part of the lanai is in a shaded area.
There are fans in all the rooms and the house is completely air
conditioned.
Our vacation home is less than five (5) minutes to Englewood and
there is grocery stores, churchs, parks and shopping within a five
(5) minute drive.
Englewood beach is less than 10 minutes away The sunsets are
beautiful and shark teeth are plentiful. There are other beaches
right in the area that are less than 15 minutes away.
This is a non-smoking home.

Everything you need is here. A fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher,
microwave, air conditioning, washer, dryer, garage door opener. (2)
TV's, ironing board and iron.
Linens and towels are also provided.  Hair dryers provided.

Boating, fishing, golfing, marinas, many fine restaurants,
shopping,library,churchs, walks in the parks,boat and jet ski
rentals, and beautiful beaches.
Disney is about a 2 1/2 hour ride.
We are close to three different airports:
Sarasota - one (1) hour drive
Fort Myers -One and a quarter (1 1/4)hour drive
Tampa - One and a half (1 1/2) hour drive.

January 1 - Marchl 31-  $2500 with pool heated

Monthly rentals only for January, February & March.  We prefer three (3) month minimum, but will consider one (1) month rentals. A discount of $50 a month will be given if rented for three month period or more.

April 1 thru December 31 - $2,300 per month. or $1350. for 2 weeks.  (14 day minimum).

A $400 security deposit required at time of booking.
Balance due 14 days before rental period begins.

A $75 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
