Vacation Rental Description

Fine hotel quality,with right to all hotel amenities at a low private rental price/ Luxury european 
imported quality furniture and unbeatable corner views (2 glass walls) of South Beach: 

We own a Jr. Suite inside inside of The Bentley Beach-Hilton Hotel, on the southern tip of SoBE 
(south of 5th). It's a 'boutique hotel'. 

Approx 400sf on the 5th floor, corner unit. Has: floor-to-ceiling walls letting in lots of Florida 
sunshine (blackout drapes in place), large furnished balcony. You can literally see from within our 
room and balcony the following: the ocean/beach, Ocean Dr, the Bay & Miami Skyline. Balcony also 
overlooks courtyard with sounds of fountain water. See pictures for stunning views from within room. 
Compare to any beachfront hotel's regular rates; savings by the $100s p/night. Free in-room wireless 
connection.

Important information for you:

You will make a great choice with us over the other regular owner-
condominium rentals in plain residential buildings.  With us you 
will experience a private condo with luxury hotel enjoyment at a 
very low price.  

Feel free to interact and ask questions with the 
hotel staff, including the concierge desk.   They will treat you 
like any one of the regular quests staying with them.  The concept 
of this reservation is that you will have reserved a privately-owned 
condominium luxury suite where you will NOT be able to ask for those 
extra things that you normally ask for at a hotel, such as extra 
towels, or toiletries.  Yet, you will be treated and feel like one 
of their regular guests and have free access to their general 
facilities like pool, hot tub, pool towels, water bottles poolside, 
and fitness room. For beach use and services the hotel has a $10 
daily resort fee.

Additional information:

Your reservation will be held at front desk under your name like any 
other arriving guest for the hotel.  They will check you in and 
provide you with a key.  The front desk will not ask for any payment 
on your stay, nor will they have knowledge on the details of the 
arrangements. 

You are reserving and paying for this room directly 
with the owners.  Valet parking is paid at check in at the 
front desk, $25 p/night approx.  Hotel does not have self-parking.  
There is metered parking steps away that will hold change up to 2 
hours only.  Check in is at 3:30pm and check out is at 11:00am.  
Sorry no early check ins or late check out requests.

The Bentley Hilton Beach Hotel is a quiet private boutique condo setting on 
the water, with direct access to the beach, offering comfortable 
amenities & nearby restaurants such as world famous Joe's Stone 
Crabs and other excellent dining, world-class cafes, designer 
boutiques and thrift shopping, and a multitude 
of watersports. Surrounded by wonderful day & nightlife activities 
in an area renowned internationally for its life and access to 
city's business districts and tourist attractions.

Vacation Rental Rates

Now - April 30th '08:  $1000-4 nights, $1200-5 nights, $1380-6 nights, $1500-7 nights...
May-July '08:  $668-4 nights, $775-5 nights, $900-6 nights, $980-7 nights...
Aug-Oct '08:  $512-4 nights, $625-5 nights, $732-6 nights, $850-7 nights


Applicable fees: 
$75 check out fee
$250 refundable security deposit

75% of stay cancellation fee if less than 2 weeks from arrival; if 
holiday stay + $100

Hotel valet $25+ tax p/day, no self parking available at hotel. 
Resort fee $10+tax p/day for beach services (lounge chairs & 
umbrellas).  You can use rest of hotel amenities w/o any charge.
