beautiful Palisades area of Lake Arrowhead. Completely restored with many upgrades to include:
upscale furnishings, wood and stone flooring, stone and granite countertops in kitchen and bath,
large original rock fireplace and new forced air heating and fans throughout;luxurious bedding; yard
has huge oak, cedar and pine trees with white picket fence all around the property. Split Dutch door
to lower deck, french door to upper deck.

Living room, dining room off kitchen, two new decks,
two bedrooms upstairs with upper deck inbetween with lake view;
first floor small bedroom w/ daybed. Master bedroom has a little
loft for reading or sleeping (not child safe). Well appointed kitchen with large
refridgerator, microwave, working antique gas stove and large completely modern bathroom with
shower and tub. Cottage has many games, and beautiful Sunbrella outdoor patio
furniture on both decks with umbrellas for shade, and hammock on lower deck. Flat screen
television with DVD/VCR in Living room and Master, a Sterio w/ Ipod connector in Living room and a collection of movies for your enjoyment. Local and US long distance calls for free on cottage phone.  DSL/Internet service (bring your lap top).  Washer/Dryer in utility room.

Great walking trail along the waters edge less that a 5 minute walk from
the cottage. Private beach access. Walk, hike, bike, swim, boat, snow or water ski, bird
watch right on the property full of regional birds. Visit the
wonderful Lake Arrowhead Village with many restaurants,shops and outlet stores to
choose from. Live music each weekend in the village. Take a ride
on the Lake Arrowhead Ferry or feed the ducks! Movie Theater in
Blue Jay, approximately 10 minute drive or take a 30 minute drive to
Big Bear for the day. Lots of unique antigue stores and wonderful
nurseries. There is also an Ice Skating Rink about a five minute
drive above the village.

Weekends: $250 per night (Friday check-in at 2pm; Sunday check-out
at 11am) 2 night minimum
Midweek: $225 per night (Monday through Thursday) 2 night minimum
(2pm check-in; 11am check-out)
Weekly $1575 per week (Monday check-in at 2pm; Sunday check-out at
11am)
Holidays $300 per night, 3 night minimum
same check-in and check-out times apply)

Deposit is $600 per weekend (2 days); $1200 per week (3 days or more)
Cleaning Fee $95.00 per weekend (2 days); $135 per week (3 days or
more.
Cashiers check is required for payment. Must be received two weeks prior to rental date. Smoking
and pets are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Please bring your own sheets and pillow
cases for 2 Queen beds and 1 Single day bed. Towels provided.
