luxury furnished apartment. Our condo is ideal for anyone traveling  
whether for vacation, business, conferences, fellowships or  
entertainment industry guests to whom location and convenience are  
important.  
 
You are just an elevator ride away to world-class shops,  
restaurants, theatre, sporting and concert venues and the vibrant  
lifestyle that Yaletown has to offer from the heart of Vancouver. 
 
A short walk away you will find the Water Taxis which will take you  
to the Science Centre, the Vancouver Museum and Space Centre, the  
Maritime Museum, Sunset Beach and the famous Granville Island Public  
Market with its many shops, restaurants, cafes and of course the  
market. You can rent Kayaks and boats from shops on Granville  
Island.  
 
Within a few blocks you will find the gourmet grocery store Urban  
Fare, Choices Market, several Starbucks coffee shops (and other  
coffee shops), convenience stores, wine stores, bike rentals and  
many fabulous restaurants. For the business traveler you are 5  
blocks away from the business district. 
 
There is NO SMOKING inside the apartment. 
 
Our condo sleeps up to 4 people; you will find a queen size bed in  
the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room.  
 
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils and  
everything you need to enjoy dining at home.

High Season: April 16 - September 30 
$155/night, $925/week, $2775/month; 
Low Season: October 1 - April 15 
$130 per night, $775 per week, $2300 per month; 
2010 Winter Olympic rate from December 1, 2009 through April 15, 2010 
$300/night; all rates plus  
Cleaning fee of $125, and Refundable Security/Key/Damage Deposit of $250. 
 
Dates Available: Year round 
For stays longer than 60 days rate is negotiable.
