Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful lakefront cottage provides blend of wilderness and modern 
convenience.  25 minutes from village of Skaneateles.  Lakefront has 
166 feet of waterline; grassy beach with shale beach section. 
Panoramic view of one of the cleanest lakes in the northeast (is 
drinking supply for city of Syracuse).  New dock system and mooring 
ball.  11' Great Canadian canoe.  Behind cottage is serene woods and 
country roads for hiking, relaxation and enjoyment.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Linens and weekly housekeeping provided.  

Newly updated cottage with w/w carpeting, ceramic tile kitchen 
floor, fully furnished kitchen.  Two bedrooms downstairs (1 w/queen; 
1 w/double).  One bedroom upstairs sleeps 4.  Loft bedroom area 
sleeps 1 additional.  One bathroom downstairs with modern fixtures. 
Gas grill.  Lakefront has new dock and mooring ball; covered cabana 
area; grassy and shale beach areas; 11'Great Canadian canoe 
w/assorted life jackets.

Activities and Attractions

Boating, fishing, swimming, sunbathing, horseshoes, hiking, sandbox 
and small wading pool for little guys.  Sailboat Shop nearby can 
provide boating/water toy rentals. Village of Skaneateles provides a 
vibrant atmosphere with a variety of restaurants and shops.  Public 
outdoor swimming area in village at north end of lake.  Can boat or 
drive to village.  Outdoor concerts on village green overlooking lake 
a frequent evening experience.  Dinner cruises on lake.  Public 
recreation center provides indoor swimming, ice skating etc. (who 
says rainy days can't be fun). 

South end of lake has gourmet restaurant with boat slips available 
for guests.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1500 - $3500 weekly; $250 - $500 nightly; Extra charge for well-
trained, house-broken dogs.  

Price includes weekly cleaning service.  Linens available for 
additional fee.
