Enjoy your time at Lake Tahoe in this beautiful, brand-new lodge!!  
With soaring ceilings and a spacious interior, this home houses up  
to 16 people very comfortably.  
 
It is equipped with brand new furnishings, brand new appliances, and 
all other amenities(brand new) needed for an enjoyable time in Lake 
Tahoe: a billiard table, outdoor hot tub, a jacuzzi bath, 3 
fireplaces, and cable TV with home theater surround sound plus DVD 
movies and VHS Tape free to watch.  
 
These conveniences and the great forest/mountain view allow for a  
way to relax after a day outdoors.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The billiard table, housed in the living room, easily converts in to a  
dining table.   
 
Located on the back deck, the hot tub, which holds up to five  
people, gives a great view of the Sierra Mountains and the forest  
below them. 
 
The master bedroom suite is very spacious and sleeps up to four  
people with its king sized bed and queen sized futon.  It has its  
own bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, separate shower, and gas  
fireplace.   
 
The family, the perfect place for children or young teens to hang  
out in, contains two queen sized futons, a fireplace, foosball table  
and a video game compatible TV.  This room is very open, allowing for  
a large number of people to sit and socialize.   
 
The kitchen with an island bar is equipped with stainless steel  
appliances, filtered water, granite counter tops with spacious oak  
cabinets. All appliances, utensils, dinnerware, glassware are brand  
new. 
 
Computer w/ internet connection and wireless is also available.

Activities and Attractions

This home is only a 5 minute drive to the Y outlet shopping and  
Sierra Ski Resort, 10 minute drive to Heavenly Ski Resort, 20 minutes  
drive to Kirkwood Ski Resort, 15 minutes drive to casinos,  and a 5  
minute drive to golf courses and Tahoe airport.

RENTAL POLICY AND INFORMATION: 
 
Prior to making your reservations, we ask that you carefully review 
our policies and procedures. 
 
REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) night minimum stay is required, except during 
peak and holiday periods when minimum stay requirements are longer. 
Last minute reservations are always welcome but are subject to 
availability.  
 
PAYMENTS: Payments may be made by personal check, cashiers check or 
money order. Personal checks returned will have a $20.00 service fee 
charged.  
 
CHECK-IN TIME is 4:00 PM and CHECK OUT TIME is 11:00 AM. Unauthorized 
extensions beyond check out time will result in a half to full day 
charge against your security deposit. To avoid such charges please 
call us prior to 10:00 AM to see if a late check out is possible.  
 
SUPPLIES: Upon arrival you will find a starter set of soaps, toilet 
paper & paper towels, coffee, tea cream and sugar.  You may want to 
bring or plan on locally purchasing additional supplies to last your 
entire stay. 
 
AMENITIES: Children under 16 have to be supervised by adults when 
using the jacuzzi baths, hot tub, and pool table.  Safety of the 
children is the sole responsibility of the accompanying adults.  
Owners waive any responsibility and liability for any accidents which 
may arise from use of the jacuzzi baths, hot tub, and pool table.  In 
addition, owners waive any responsibility for any accidents which may 
arise due to snow, ice, and any other hazardous conditions, and 
negligence by guests or any members of their party. 
 
FIREWOOD: There are three gas fireplaces in the property. Firewood is 
not necessary since these are all environmentally-safe gas  
fireplaces.  
 
TELEPHONES: There is a telephone line that allows unlimited local 
calls but will require a calling card or credit card to place long 
distance calls.  
 
HOUSEKEEPING: All reservations are subject to a housekeeping charge  
of $155.00 for departure cleaning.  This charge is itemized in your 
statement. The initial bed linen and one set of bath towels per  
person are provided. Extra towels are provided for homes with 
pools/hot tubs. Guests are asked to leave the house with trash 
gathered and left in the garbage bins inside the garage, dishes washed 
or dishwasher started and furniture arranged as upon arrival.  If the 
house is left excessively dirty, your security deposit will be charged 
for additional cleaning charges.  Our housekeeping staff will make the 
final preparations of the house for the next guests.  (Some homes  
have inflatable beds.  If guests choose to use inflatable beds, these  
beds have to be deflated and re-packed in their boxes. Extra sheets 
are provided for these.) 
 
PETS: Our property is not designed to safely house pets. Contact us 
for further information.  
 
AIR CONDITIONING: As Lake Tahoe enjoys a temperate climate during 
summer, we do not have air-conditioning. 
 
DEPOSITS: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit of 50%  
of total charges.  
 
SECURITY DEPOSIT: All rentals require a security deposit. The minimum 
deposit is $700.00 but may be made higher due to special 
circumstances. The security deposit must be paid together with the 
payment of the remaining fifty percent (50%) 30 days before arrival 
date.  However, deposits for weekly Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New 
Years reservations must be received 60 days before arrival. Any 
damages to the unit resulting from misuse, neglect abuse or theft by 
the guest or any member of his party or invitee will be charged to  
the security deposit.  We will deposit the security deposit upon  
receiving it. The security deposit shall be refunded back within 10 
days after receiving the keys to the property if the property is left 
in good condition. ** 
 
REFUNDS: Fifty percent (50%) of deposit is refundable is the 
reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival. No 
refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of 
arrival for any reason and within 60 days of arrival for weekly 
Holiday bookings. Security deposit of $700.00 is refundable after ten 
days after keys are mailed back if property is left without any 
damages or excessive dirt. **
