Vacation Rental Description

Designed in Hemingway and Animal Kingdom warmth and decor, this NEW 
spectacular 1,400 square foot, three bedroom home is like no other.
 
It's just off US-192 in the very upscale "Lindfields" area of Disney, and in the "heart" of Disney!  
Only a five minute ride to the Walt Disney theme parks and only 10 minutes to Universal and Sea 
World!

I must say, your professionalism is incredible.  It has been a very long time since I have 
experienced such a high level of service.  It's the closest to Disney & cruise service that I have 
ever experienced. We absolutely loved your home and found it hard at times to leave for our next 
adventure.  I would love to have you come and decorate my home!  We brought our sister in law with 
us, and she was ready to move in! Believe me, when we are ready to come back, we will most 
definitely want to stay at your place. Again, your accommodations were all that you advertised and

"Hi Frank, it's funny to hear from you at this time.  We just got back from a week in Myrtle Beach 
were we rented a condo and I tell you, after renting yours I had very high expectations of what we 
would get from VRBO.  Well, were we ever let down.  The condo was very dirty when we arrived.  It 
was absolutely stripped of everything and anything from prior tenants and we had to go out and 
purchase everything.  Was poorly stocked also -- not even a kettle -- nothing!

Anyhow, the company was (name removed) and I have sent them 2 notes telling them we were not 
impressed  - and not even an apology from them.

We have told everyone about your place -- and I will keep the information as I do want to bring the 
kids to Disney again.

Thank you so much for remembering us and thanks again for renting us such a beautiful place."

SAVE MY DEPOSIT POLICY: Only a 20% deposit (many others charge a minimum of 50%) and rental 
agreement are required to reserve your dates. If you should have to cancel yuor dates FOR ANY 
REASON, simply reschedule them with us up to 1 year in advance and we will re-apply your deposit so 
you don't lose it! (pending availability)
