villa ( 4 bed/3 bath, 2 en suites) sits on a premium lot in its own
privacy, it`s wonderful views and extra large garden. The pool
overlooks the conservation area, to the rear of the property which
is full of fragrant pine trees, pelicans, herons, deers and other
wildlife, just the place to sit back and relax!

The fantastic layout of this villa allows the majority of the rooms
to open out onto the large fully screened lanai and pool deck.
The pool is 18`x 36` and is south-facing complete with sun-
loungers,table and chairs with plenty of deck space to sunbathe.The
pool has also has a jacuzzi/ hot tub and a lanai which is a shaded
area just off the living room to escape the sun.

Your vacation begins here in our superb villa which has 2 en-suites
so two families can share the villa without the need for one of the
families to compromise on comfort. It will comfortably accomodate
upto 10 people. Baby crib & high chair are provided free of charge!
