Arbutus Lake fun in the sun in Traverse City

1100 sqare foot colonial nestled among birch, maple and pine trees
overlooking the main bay of Arbutus Lake which is made up of 5
lakes. The cottage is newly painted and fully furnished with 2
bedrooms downstairs and 1 huge loft upstairs with 3 beds. With 250
feet of forest to the north, your able to enjoy a quiet campfire or
the simple pleasures of natures sites and sounds. The lake view deck
facing due east provides a beautiful view of the sun rise every
morning overlooking the main bay of Arbutus Lake and your own sandy
beach.

Colonial style cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 down stairs including the
master bedroom with queen size bed, one upstairs loft bedroom with 3
full size beds, living room, dining room, kitchen and one bathroom
with shower. Fully furnished with 2 sofa beds for additional
sleeping needs. Microwave, toaster, frig, stove, coffee maker, pots,
pans, glasses and utensils. Regular TV with DVD player, portable
radio with CD/cassette, outdoor weber grille, campfire pit, plastic
chairs, picnic table, row boat with oars and life preservers, swim
platform, dock, and beautiful sandy beach. Towels, sheets, and
blankets are not provided.

Arbutus Lake is an all sports lake with water skiing, tubing,
fishing, boating, jet skiing or just relaxing in the sun on various
sandy beaches other than your own. Fishing is primarily for small
or large mouth bass and an aluminum row boat is provided which can
handle a small outboard motor. Traverse City is just minutes away
and provides additional entertainment for your golf and eating
pleasures. There is a boat launch and State Park on the north side
of the lake. Arbutus Lake is spring water fed and is a very clean
and clear lake. Look for the eagle which swoops in for a fish
dinner now and again.
