Arbutus Lake fun in the sun in Traverse City

1100 sqare foot colonial nestled among birch, maple and pine trees
overlooking Arbutus Lake #2 out of 5. The house is fully furnished with 2
bedrooms downstairs and 1 huge loft upstairs with 3 beds. With 250
feet of forest to the north, enjoy a quiet campfire or listen to the Loons or look for the pair of Eagles present on the Lake. Our three level decking structure overlooks the lake with a view of the morning sun and sandy beach. 

Colonial style cottage includes 2 bedrooms down stairs with 1 queen and 1 full size bed and the upstairs loft has 3 full size beds.  Microwave, toaster, frig, stove, coffee maker, pots,
pans, glasses, utensils, TV with DVD player only, portable radio with CD/cassette and outdoor Weber charcoal grille.  2 campfire pits, plastic chairs, picnic table, aluminum row boat with oars, life preservers, swim platform and boat dock.  Paper products, towels, sheets, and
blankets are not provided.  Sorry.

Arbutus Lake is made up of 5 lakes, 2 no wake lakes and 3 all sports lake with water skiing, tubing, fishing, boating, jet skiing with kayaking a growing favorite. You can relax in the sun on various sandy beaches around the lakes or enjoy some Large/Small Mouth Bass fishing. Traverse City is 15 minutes away and provides additional entertainment for your golf, shopping or dining pleasures. There is a boat launch and State Park on Lake #4. Arbutus Lake is spring fed which affords a very clean and clear lake. Look for the Bald or Brown Eagle which swoops in for a fish dinner now and again.
