Vacation Rental Description

This luxurious (Non-smoking)townhome is half of a large duplex (over 
2000 sq ft)
located just a block from the beach (and public access).  Quality 
new home built by CDK Builders. A parade of homes winner with nice 
views of the ocean.

Upscale features such as hardwood floors, corian countertops, three 
suites with private baths and a fourth room with an 
adjacent full bath. Ceramic tile in all baths.

A large garage for beach supplies. Driveway parking for three cars. 
Patio with a gas BBQ on the ground floor with an outside shower.

The first floor has a large private suite with a queen bed, 
walk in closet and private bath. 

The second floor has a children's bedroom with one bunk bed and a 
twin bed with a trundle bed and large private bath.  There is also a 
Master suite with a King bed, two closets,large master bath with 
jacuzzi tub and private balcony. 

Third floor has the main living area with a large kitchen and living 
room, flat panel cable TV,fireplace,wireless internet,dining area 
and balcony to enjoy the ocean views and breezes. A fourth bedroom 
with a queen bed is also on the third floor.  Fenced backyard.
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full functioning kitchen with dual ovens, dishwasher, frig, 
microwave,coffee maker,toaster, and blender. Internet,cable TV,dvd 
and CD player. Large washer and dryer. Iron, ironing board. Beach 
umbrella, beach towels,beach chairs, and beach mats provided. Towels 
and linens supplied. 

Activities and Attractions

Fishing, sunbathing, boating, surfing, sightseeing, ferry rides, 
moonlight cruises with dancing, great restaurants within walking 
distance, Fort Fisher Aquarium, Civil War Museum, Two state parks, 
and just about any water sports you can think of. Historic downtown 
Wilmington is just minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

In-Season Rates [Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day week]: $1250/week
DURING PEAK SEASON, ONLY WHOLE WEEKS AVAILABLE.
Off Season rates available September - mid May: $1000/week.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK-IN IS SATURDAY AFTER 3 PM AND CHECK-OUT SATURDAY 
11 AM. CALENDARS ARE MARKED SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY TO SHOW IF THE 
WEEK IS TAKEN. Please ask if other arrangements are needed.
A $200.00 Dollar (refundable)security/damage deposit and $125.00 
cleaning fee required for all rentals. Payment is due when checking 
in.  
If cancellations are done less than two weeks prior to rental date, 
the security deposit will not be refunded.
A non-refundable pet deposit of $100.00 for each pet(up to two). 21 yo and older
