11 AM. CALENDARS ARE MARKED SATURDAY YOU CK IN THRU FRI. KNOWING
SOMEONE ELSE WILL BE CK'G IN ON SAT. THIS WILL SHOW IF THE
WEEK IS TAKEN. Please ask if other arrangements are needed.
A $200.00 Dollar (refundable)security/damage deposit and $125.00
cleaning fee required for all rentals. Payment is due when checking
in. VISA/MC/Discover accepted.
If cancellations are done less than two weeks prior to rental date,
the security deposit will not be refunded.
A non-refundable pet deposit of $100.00 for each pet(up to two). Renters must be 21 yo. $200 security/damage deposit returned 10 business days following your stay.
