The Hammocks provides a large clubhouse with a pool, soothing spa and 
relaxing sun and shade cabanas, and a convenient outdoor grilling 
area. The Club also includes a private dining area, catering kitchen, 
bar and social lounge and card and game room with pool table.  
 
The adjacent Fitness Center has state of the art exercise equipment 
and shower/locker room facilities. The on-site lighted tennis courts 
and tennis gazebo add to the community’s extraordinary resort amenities.

Activities and Attractions

Located in tranquil, secluded Charlotte County – the relaxed, 
laid-back Florida of yesteryear – it’s also accessible and convenient, 
just 20 minutes from I-75 and 45 minutes from Sarasota and the Fort 
Myers airport. A short walk to two full service marinas - your boat 
can have you right out on the waters of Boca Grande (famed for tarpon 
fishing), Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. Or, a quick ferry 
ride to the pristine, isolated beaches of Palm Island, with other 
uncrowded public beaches minutes away by car. Local shopping and 
charming restaurants are just up the road. Area recreational pleasures 
also include golf (dozens of courses nearby), tennis, bird watching,
