Beautiful 2 bedroom/2bath available for rent offered Dec thru May in 
Boca Raton located on A1A on the intracoastal and across from 
private beach and walking distance to golf course. 

This rental is a waterfront premium 7th floor corner unit with 
spectacular views, tastefully decorated-fully furnished, AC, Cable 
TV, private parking space in covered garage, linens provided. 
As it is a corner unit, there are lots of windows, saturnia tiles 
throughout including the balcony, berber carpet in each of the 
bedrooms. 

Boca Towers is located between Spanish River and Palmetto. 
The condo is surrounded by parks and beautiful views. 
Our corner wrap around balcony offers magnificent views. 
One of our favorite enjoyments is having a glass of wine on the 
balcony and enjoying the amazing sunset each evening. 
We also enjoy having coffee on our balcony in the morning and 
watching tennis. 
New state of the art Prana mattress ($3000) in master bedroom!

(Closest airports FLL - Fort Lauderdale or PBI - West Palm Beach)
Boca is one of the best areas in Florida

Vacation Rental Amenities

24-Hr Security Guard Doorman that screens all visitors. 
Heated swimming pool, game rooms, workout room, bbq, activities, 
etc. 
Each floor has a washer and dryer laundry room.

Activities and Attractions

There is a boat dock on the property that is a nice spot to go 
fishing. Game rooms, 2 workout rooms (men and women).
There is a public golf course within walking distance from either 
the beach or walkway/bicycle path. 
We have two new bicycles for use if you wish.

Seasonal rental available from Dec to May "3 months minimum"
$3150/mo + utilities for rentals of 4-6 months
$3250/mo + utilities for rentals of 3 months min.

Sorry no pets allowed. No smokers in condo unit please.
