This top floor Penthouse villa has gone through an amazing remodel.  It is truely like no other.   
When you enter  
our villa, you will first notice the Bombay Rosewood flooring in the entrance hallway which also  
extends to the  
living room, dining room, and kitchen.  The kitchen has been reconfigured and is now open to the  
living room  
and dining room allowing you spectacular ocean views from all three rooms.  The kitchen has all new  
cabinets,  
granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and kitchenwares that would make a professional  
chef proud.   
The living room, dining room, and bedrooms have been finely appointed with new upscale furnishings,  
window  
treatments, and remote controlled ceiling fans.  The living room armoire houses a 32" Flat Panel  
HDTV, and  
there are 19" Flat Panel HDTV's in both bedrooms.  All three TV's have DVD Players.  Both bathrooms  
have new  
ceramic tile flooring, toilets, vanities, and granite vanity tops. Our villa includes high-speed  
internet access for  
your business and personal needs. Sliding doors in both the living room and dining room give you  
access to the  
ceramic tiled balcony which is nicely appointed with new and comfortable cafe height furniture  
offering you one  
of the most spectacular ocean views the resort has to offer.  Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch  
the  
sunrise over the oceans horizon on one of the east coasts most beautiful beaches.  We realize how

Vacation Rental Rates

March 1 - May 30, 2008         $800 per week, or $130 per night. 
May 31  - Aug 15, 2008         $1000 per wek.  (Weekly rentals only) 
Aug 16  - Sept 5, 2008         $900 per week, or $145 per night. 
Sept 6  - Oct 24, 2008         $700 per week, or $120 per night. 
Oct 25  - Feb 27, 2009         $600 per week, or $100 per night. 
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter weeks $900. 
Winter monthly rates at $1000 per month which includes utilities. 
All rates subject to 11% S.C./Hilton Head bed tax, except for monthly winter rates. 
Check in is 4:00 P.M. and Check out is 10:00 A.M. 
 
A 25% deposit is required to confirm reservation, with the remainder due no less than 30 days prior  
to arrival.
