Vacation Rental Description
We know you'll enjoy the comfort and privacy that our 2 bedroom,
1 bath Beach Cottages provide. You'll be relaxing in a quiet
residential neighborhood, close to everything (a 2 to 3 minute walk):
to a great family beach, a grassy park overlooking the ocean and
sunsets, and our boardwalk for strolling and bike riding, yet just
quietly removed from the hubs of activity for a good night's sleep.
Each Cottage sleeps 4 with a Queen bed in each bedroom, and a
Queen Sofa Sleeper in the livingroom.
The Cottages are about 975 sq.ft. with a sliding door off the
kitchen to a cozy deck, and French doors, and Sliders off the living
room opening on to an additional 300 sqft. of the surrounding redwood
decks.
The Cottages are close to the beach, have no direct ocean view,
but you are still so close you will hear the breaking waves as you
sleep (a 2 to 3 min. walk to the sand). Large redwood decks wrap
around each cottage, with shade pergolas or umbrellas.
A Cable TV with DVD, and clock radio in each bedroom with ceiling
fans, and a full bath accessible through the hall between the two
bedrooms.
The main decks have an area for dining, umbrellas, or a shade
pergola, and patio furniture for lounging. The lower, masonry patios
have propane BBQs, outdoor showers, and storage lockers with beach
chairs, coolers, and umbrellas.
* The Cottages are Pet Friendly if you are traveling with your
pup... I can provide our Pet Policy for your review.

Activities and Attractions
Close to everything (a 2 to 3 minute walk): to a great family
beach with lifeguard supervision, for Swimming, Boogie Boarding, and
a Great Surfing Beach.
There is a grassy park overlooking the ocean and sunsets, and our
boardwalk for strolling and bike riding.
5 minutes to Sea World, 10 minutes to have your toes in the Ocean,
10 to 15 minutes to our famous San Diego Zoo, Downtown Gas Lamp
District, Historic Old Town, and all the other great San Diego
attractions.

* San Diego's 10 1/2% room tax (t.o.t.) that we must collect,
and pass on to the City, and a $99.00 cleaning fee apply.
