Cute little home with a Florida theme (recently re-decorated) and with attached carport, - just right to meet your vacation needs.   Small canal runs through the backyard, and although not suitable for swimming or boating, it plays host to a myriad of native wildlife.  Exotic birds, turtles and not a single gator onboard!

Your small, well-behaved dog (or cat) is welcome with prior approval. To my other dog lover friends, insurance prohibits many large breed aggressive dogs so regretably I cannot accommodate you. Non-smoking interior but you can certainly step outside or into the screened lanai.

About The Location And Management Of The Property:

Please be assured I am the sole owner of my properties which I purchased over 5 years ago.  None of my homes are in any state of foreclosure or are they on some secret market for sale.  I selected Charlotte County based on research and government published facts that the air quality exceeds national standards (a pleasure to breath) low crime rates, and a low-density population that is 97% caucasian based.  I have found the local residents to be courteous and friendly and the traffic more than tolerable.  I can't imagine anything worse than showing up for your dream vacation and finding the home occupied by a new owner or worse yet, boarded up.  I would encourage you to ask about the status of any home you are interested in renting.

I am personally available for any problems which might arise as is my staff of qualified technicians.  Having recently retired from over 30 years in law enforcement, I feel my integrity and commitment are of the highest around.  I hope to be able to make your stay in Florida extremely pleasant.

some of the best fishing in the State of Florida and then some.

The August thru October offshore fishing action includes:

$100 to $200 refundable security deposit for weekly rental -

Half balance due with signed lease. Balance due three months
prior to occupancy as time permits. 

There is a $300 deposit to hold the listing while the lease is being prepared and signed.  The $300 will be applied to the total of the lease.  Should you change your mind prior to contract, this fee is not refundable.

Payment by money order, cashier's check. Personal check must clear prior to occupancy.
PayPal + 3% fee (their charge).
Stays require the following charges:
$80 cleaning fee
$50-100 non-refundable pet fee for a qualified pet

50% refund of monies paid if cancellation 4 months prior to occupancy.
