Fully furnished 2 bedrooms plus an extra sleeping room, 1 bath,
recently renovated this cute, comfortable and super clean cottage can
sleep up to four comfortably.  
Central A/C with plenty of overhead fans or open the windows and 
enjoy the best gulf breeze in town - Florida living the way it was 
meant to be.  Also has a pass thru attached carport which will 
accommodate your boat or vehicle.

some of the best fishing in the State of Florida and then some.

The August thru October offshore fishing action includes:

There are numerous fishing charters to get you to your destination.

Winter months - enjoy the best Tarpon fishing off Boca Grande (25 
minutes away) as featured on many popular TV fishing shows.  
Tournaments galore - check the online Port Charlotte Sun Herald 
fishing section for dates and details.

You will find 28 marinas locally, 13 boat ramps some with 
recreational areas offering kayak or canoe rentals, picnic and 
playgrounds, and 16 fishing piers.  Boat rentals are also available.  

Additional Amenities for you and your family to enjoy:

Charlotte Harbor Center spans 840 acres providing nature trails, 
picnic areas, a game preserve offering fishing, hunting, frogging and 
camping.  Eco Tours has swamp buggy trips thru old Florida.  There 
are 6 Environmental Parks for the nature lovers and a kayak adventure 
tour on the Blue Way Trail.  There are 15 public beaches located 
along the 12.5 miles of the Gulf coast.   One is less than 10 minutes 
from home.

Be sure and take a sunset cruise or catch one of the other 13 boat 
tours.  

And for the Golfers.....there are 21 golf courses located in 
Charlotte County and 10 public tennis courts as well as 4 public 
pools.

Centrally located, you have quick access to shopping, restaurants, 
Fisherman's Village for night life (Punta Gorda's just a shout away) 
and there are always plenty of weekend events and festivals year 
round.  Disney is just 2.5 hours away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Relax and enjoy yourself in the cheapest vacation cottage you'll find 
in the area.  Oh My!  I have January open and my other rentals are
almost booked as well.  Trying to furnish
another for 2009, little house on the water.  Ask me about it!

Get what you want out of a vacation without spending a fortune on your
accommodations.  
Look at these Year Round prices-subject to increase in 2009
Weekly - $400
Monthly $1,200

Includes responsible use of utilities

$100- security deposit for weekly rental  - 50% refundable
if canceled two months prior to occupancy.  

$300 deposit for monthly rentals - 50% refundable if canceled 60 days
prior to occupancy
Half balance due within 10 days lease is signed.  Balance due sixty
days prior to occupancy.
Payment by money order, cashier's check. Personal check must clear
prior to occupancy.  PayPal + 3% fee (their charge).
All stays require the following additional charges
$80 cleaning fee 
$50-100 non-refundable pet fee for a qualified pet
11% FL sales/resort tax
