Fully furnished 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, Florida Room, Screened Lanai,
recently renovated this cute, comfortable and super clean cottage can
sleep up to four comfortably.  Price is based on occupancy for two adults. There may be an additional charge for your temporary guests.

Central A/C with plenty of overhead fans or open the windows and
enjoy the best gulf breeze in town - Florida living the way it was
meant to be. The attached carport will accommodate your boat or vehicle.

Cute little home with a nautical theme(recently re-decorated) with attached carport, just right to meet your vacation needs.  The backyard is completely fenced.

Your small, well-behaved dog (or cat) is welcome with prior approval. To my other dog lover friends, insurance prohibits many large breed aggressive dogs so regretably I cannot accommodate you. Non-smoking interior but you can certainly step outside.

some of the best fishing in the State of Florida and then some.

The August thru October offshore fishing action includes:

You will find 28 marinas locally, 13 boat ramps some with
recreational areas offering kayak or canoe rentals, picnic and
playgrounds, and 16 fishing piers. Boat rentals are also available.

Additional Amenities for you and your family to enjoy:

Charlotte Harbor Center spans 840 acres providing nature trails,
picnic areas, a game preserve offering fishing, hunting, frogging and
camping. Eco Tours has swamp buggy trips thru old Florida. There
are 6 Environmental Parks for the nature lovers and a kayak adventure
tour on the Blue Way Trail. There are 15 public beaches located
along the 12.5 miles of the Gulf coast. One is less than 10 minutes
from home.  

Be sure and take a sunset cruise or catch one of the other 13 boat
tours.

And for the Golfers.....there are 21 golf courses located in
Charlotte County and 10 public tennis courts as well as 4 public
pools. Public library close with computer access.

Centrally located, you have quick access to shopping, restaurants,
Fisherman's Village for night life (Punta Gorda's just a shout away)
and there are always plenty of weekend events and festivals year
round. Disney is just 2.5 hours away.

Town Center mall and many national franchised stores available within 3 miles.
Many restaurants close by and huge medical center as well.

$100 to $300 refundable security deposit for weekly rental -
$300 refundable deposit for monthly rental -
Half balance due with signed lease. Balance due three months
prior to occupancy as time permits. 

Payment by money order, cashier's check. Personal check must clear prior to occupancy.
PayPal + 3% fee (their charge).
Stays require the following charges:
$80 cleaning fee
$50-100 non-refundable pet fee for a qualified pet

50% refund of monies paid if cancellation 4 months prior to occupancy.
