BOATERS WELCOME!!!! WALK DOWN TO YOUR OWN PRIVATE BOAT DOCK nestled
in a beautiful protected cove in Point Venture.  The cove is one of the most clean on Lake Travis and is the perfect spot to swim, fish, and soak up the sun.  You will love the convienence of safely leaving
your boat in the water overnight!
It is in the same cove as the Gnarly Gar (formerly The Peir) Restaurant which not only provides food and weekend entertainment but marine fuel and your boating needs. Even if you don't boat you will enjoy 2 large decks with water views of the lake or the front deck view of the tennis courts. But renting a boat is just around the corner. Read a book, drink a glass of wine or just look at the stars as you lay on our huge hammock on one of the decks. Take advantage of the see thru fireplace that is in the living room.

 Our newly renovated townhome includes a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer,2 full baths, and 3 bedrooms, one of which is a downstairs kids quarters with a twin over full bunk bed, daybed and futon plus their own TV,DVD,VCR and bathroom. Master suite on the main level has just been remodeled and consists of a queen bed and bathroom. The third bedroom contains a daybed with a trundle that makes into a KING bed. Also, living room has a full sleeper sofa. 

Bring your Ipod to hook up to the surround sound or outdoor speaker and listen to your favorite tunes.(attachment cord provided) We also provide the propane to the gas grill on the deck so you can cookout.  Check out our info book on the coffee table for all the entertainment/activities in the area including wineries and shopping. MOSTLY enjoy being in a secluded quiet end unit.

You will see plenty of deer .
 roaming around who love to be fed first thing in the morning! Just shake the corn we provide in a cup and watch them migrate!!!
Lake Travis is a beautiful lake with 44,000 acres of cool, clean and
clear water. Enjoy all the  
boating and water sports you want plus many coves where you can swim and
relax. There are plenty of activities to
choose from in the gated community of Point Venture such as the 9
hole golf course, driving range, pro shop, Jr Olympic swimming pool,
lighted tennis courts, library and a work out room. Their is also a private
50 acre park with 3 boat ramps, children's
playground, pavillion and picnic tables. This part of the lake seems to be the hangout with boats mooring off the sandy shores. Great place to people watch so just bring a cooler and lawnchairs and have fun. At night, the lights come alive across the lake from Lakeway Resort which you can enjoy while relaxing on the deck.

This is a perfect centrally located property for a family hill country retreat or romantic getaway. My binder contains many activities in the area to plan your day. Volente waterpark is 20 minute drive away.

Summer rates (March- Sept ) $250/night.......$1500/week(7 nights for the cost of 6) 
Fall/Winter rates (Oct -Feb) $200/night.....$1200/wk
2 night minimum rental

Spring Break Week $300/night with 3 night minimum

Special Event Weekends such as  Formula1 and ACL and SXSW..... $350/night with 2 night minimum

$300/night for holidays/3 night minimum for
holiday rental.
