Condado Beachfront One-Bedroom in Puerto Rico

Bright spacious one-bedroom apartment in a building directly on a
pristine stretch of white sandy beach. Condominium Stella Maris is
centrally located at No. 1 Condado Avenue in the heart of El
Condado, right next door to the San Juan Marriott Resort and Casino.
The apartment’s fourth floor location allows for spectacular views,
but is still low enough for you to be lulled to sleep by the surf at
night. A full wall of sliding glass doors on the ocean side of the
living room opens up to tropical breezes and a panoramic vista.

The approximately 675 sq. ft. apartment has a fully equipped
kitchen. There is a comfortable king-sized bed in the bedroom and a
futon sofa in the living room, which can be opened into a double-
sized bed. There is also a 4-person dining set in the living room.
Both the living room and the bedroom have ceiling fans and the
bedroom has an air-conditioner.

All linens and towels are provided. Local phone calls are free.
There are DVD and VCR players and a television with cable in the
bedroom. The well maintained and secure twelve story condominium is
separated from the beach by only a decorative cement wall . Each
floor has a separate key for the elevator and stair well, which
helps ensure security and privacy. A coin operated laundry room is
on the first floor.

All you should need to bring with you is your clothing and your
smile.

Activities and attractions include virtually any activity you’d
expect at a seaside resort. A cyber café and several gyms are
within the neighborhood. Tours out on the island can be arranged by
the concierge desk at the adjacent Marriott Hotel. Wind surfing, jet
skiing, deep sea fishing, scuba diving are all available in the
metropolitan area. Museums, restaurants and shops abound, as do
taxis and car rental agencies. There is no parking available,
however, on the premises of the condominium. For less than a
dollar, the city bus runs into Old San Juan, about 2 miles away.
The International Airport is a 10 minute drive or a $15 flat rate
taxi ride away. The sun, surf and tropical breezes are all provided
free.
