vacation rental description
This great one bedroom apartment is centrally located between Condado Marriot and La Concha Hotels. Right on a sandy stretch of beach, with incredible views of the ocean below through a wall of sliding glass doors in the living room and more windows in the bedroom. The apartment has a/c and ceiling fans but you might prefer to sleep with the tropical breeze blowing in, listening to the soothing sound of the waves.
The apartment has approximately675 square feet, a full kitchen, a queen size bed in the bedroom, and another queen size futon in the living room. There are two televisions, one with a DVD/VCR and free high speed internet connection. The kitchen has everything you may need: stove, oven, microwave, toaster and blender. There is a phone with free local calls. On the first floor you'll find a convenient coin operated laundry room. Each floor of the 12 story building has a separate elevator and stairwell key for added security. All towels and sheets are provided including beach towels.
All you need to bring with you is a your suntan lotion, bathing suit and your smile- the sand, sun and surf are all provided free.

Activities and attractions include virtually any activity you’d expect at a seaside resort. A cyber café and a gym are within the neighborhood. Supermarkets and convenience stores are also within walking distance. Tours out on the island can be arranged by the concierge desk at the adjacent Marriott Hotel. Wind surfing, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, scuba diving are all available in the metropolitan area. Museums, restaurants and shops abound, as do taxis and car rental agencies. There is no parking available, however, on the premises of the condominium. For less than a dollar, the city bus runs into Old San Juan, about 2 milesaway. The International Airport is a 10 minute drive or a $15 flat rate taxi ride away.
