Vacation Rental Description

Newly renovated home. Very quite neighborhood. Some special features 
that our home has are large family room that is bright and 
comfortable. All hardwood floors throughout the home and carpet in 
family room.  Tile in kitchen and bathroom. Three large bedrooms, 
washer and dryer. We are walking distance to Sunday School Ice Cream 
Shop and .5 miles to Sea Street beach by car.

Patio with table,chairs and umbrella.  Beach chairs are also 
available if needed.
No Smoking allowed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV, washer and dryer, outdoor gas grill, Microwave VCR & 
DVD,dish washer,coffee maker and toaster oven.  All appliances in 
the home are brand new. Pots, pans, dishes and all utensils.

Bedrooms:
1 full size bed
1 queen size bed
bunk beds and a daybed

Activities and Attractions

Of course the beach is a must when at the Cape.  Sunday School Ice 
cream, gocarts, arcade, bumper cars, and trampolines.  Also a large 
range of dining locations.  Including breakfast restaurants, 
luncheon places and evening dining for a family or just the two of 
you. We have menus in our kitchen that we highly recommend.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rates off season $850.00 per week
Weekly Rates seasonal is $1200.00 per week
Rental is Saturday to Saturday

Long term rental is available October to April $1800 per week and 
utilities included are cabel and phone all others are not included.
