Vacation Rental Description

     Ocean-close condo is just 5 minute walk to famous Strand  
surfing beach in Dana Point, California.  Recently rated one of  
America's top beach destinations by Men's Journal.  This newly  
decorated unit with a Balinese theme, was completely remodeled in  
2006.   
     The unit has everything you will need for your beach stay  
including beach chairs, towels and toys.  Every room has a ceiling  
fan and a flat-screen TV\DVD and over 200 channels.   
 
     The master suite boasts a king bed with a new pillow-top  
mattress and luxurious linens.  Master also has new lap-top with the  
highest speed Internet access.  The second bedroom has a queen,  
pillow-top mattress and beautiful linens.  The third bedroom has two  
twin beds with pull-out trundles for children.   
 
     The kitchen has all of the utensils you will need and the dining  
area seats eight.  Compare our elegant decor and family-friendly  
condo to any local hotel or other property and we are confident you

     The pool and spa are 2 minutes away and the 2-mile long beach is  
literally across the street and down the stairs and path.  Use the  
beach towels, toys, chairs and cooler we provide without any  
problems. All freeways are 5 minutes.  Groceries are 5 minutes.  
Parking is no problem. We have a reserved space and plenty of guest  
parking. 
 
     Our Sister unit, The Bahama House #25464 is available for large  
parties, with the same floor plan, and is located directly below this  
unit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

    Our bedrooms have been the greatest compliment of our recent  
guests. The beds are super-comfortable and we have given the  
manufacturer's name to more than one guest!  
 
    The master suite has a pillow-top mattress, luxury linens and a  
private bath and patio with a sliver ocean view. The master also  
hosts the laptop computer with high-speed Internet access. The second  
bedroom has the same pillow-top mattress in a queen bed and private  
reading area. The third bedroom has a youth theme, with IPOD player,  
TV\DVD and two twin beds, each with pull-out trundles for children.  
Each bedroom has a TV\DVD with over 200 channels. There is a common  
second bath in the hallway with a shower-in-tub arrangement.

and found them using old, second-hand furniture, decorations and  
mattresses. We decided to buy top-of-the-line everything especially  
for this condo and not left over from past years at home! You'll see  
the difference, even in our professional photos, which include some  
of our beautiful new items! We imported art from Balinese artists to  
help decorate in an authentic tropical theme. We are top-drawer  
without being top-price. Stay with us for 1/3 the price of the Ritz  
Carlton, and with more room and amenities 

Activities and Attractions

     The Dana Point, Monarch Beach area is uniquely located on  
the 'Gold Coast' in Southern California. Nearby are four and five  
star resorts, the Ritz Carlton, St. Regis (2 minutes) and Montage (5  
minutes).  
 
     Dana Point Harbor with over 2000 boats has restaurants and  
shopping and the wooden ship 'Pilgrim' from the 19th century. Our  
condo is close to everything in this area, yet it offers the beauty,  
serenity, and beach access to our guests that no other location  
offers.  
 
     Over 20 restaurants (and 50 shops) are within 5 minutes,  
Disneyland is just 40 minutes and San Diego is 90 minutes. Join us  
for your holiday and you will join our guests who have raved about  
the fine service and attention to detail we offer. We own the  
property and have a sister unit, the Bahama House directly below for  
your family members and friends. Concierge and extra cleaning

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter- November, December, January and February $1,400 to $1,750  
weekly (Holiday Rates Apply) 
 
Spring- March, April and May $1,400 to $2,000 weekly (Holiday and  
Spring Break Periods May be Higher) NOTE: Memorial Week holiday  
$1,550 and Early June $1,750 Weekly!!! 
 
Summer- June, July, and  August $1,750 to $2,650 weekly 
 
Fall- September and October $1,250 to $1,750 weekly (Holiday Rates  
Apply)
