town beach.  Fifteen minutes to Newport, fifteen minutes to Block 
Island Ferry, 1/2 hour to Providence.  Two miles to Narrow River. 
Walking distance to convenience stores and a few restaurants, ice 
cream shop and video store.  House has ac, one large bedroom one medium 
size bedroom and one small bedroom.

Completely remodled. Central air, outside shower, large wrap around 
deck, large yard, washer and dryer. 

Activities and Attractions

Close to beaches and ferrys. About one mile from tennis courts, 
basketball court, playground and skateboard park.
