Welcome to Tropical Bamboo Hideaway! A villa so unique it has been
featured several times in the media since it was just completed 3 years ago!

Pristine Beach:
Walk out of the villa, across the little backroad and you are on
pristine white sand gazing at the blue azure water of the Pacific
Ocean. Look across to your left at Bali Hai (made famous in the movie,
South Pacific). One of the truly romantic places on Kauai, you can
walk along the beach collecting shells, swim and snorkel amongst the
fish on the reef or just laze under the palm trees. Heavenly! The
children can play in the rock pools and wonder at the whales playing
in the deep water.

Secluded amidst Jungle setting:
Although so close to the beach, our villa is secluded against the
tropical green of Kauai’s fabled lush landscape. There is a small
stream running along the back of the home and when you up in our
Villa, it truly feels as though you are among the trees! A true
hideaway and getaway from the daily routine. You won’t want to leave!

Exotic & Unique Bamboo Villa:
Our first guests described the villa as exotic and they are right! The
whole villa was imported from Vietnam and is entirely made of Bamboo.
It feels as though you are stepping back to some earlier time when
life was simpler, buildings were made from the materials at hand and
harmony with nature was the way. ….and yet this Bamboo Hideaway is
exotic, full of unique touches & surprises.

Luxury with Flair & Style!
Simple luxury is coupled with granite in the kitchen, all appliances
and a luxury that will keep you relaxing inside as much as on the
beach. The living room is light with so many windows, as are the
bedrooms. The wraparound deck stretches around the entire villa making
outside living as attractive as inside. Sit on the lanai and gaze at
the ocean or the lush tropical green of the plants. As you sip your
morning coffee or that evening drink, the smell of the exotic flowers
mingles with the scent of the ocean ….yes you are in the tropics!

Na Pali Coast 5 minutes away;
The fabled Na Pali Coast has celebrated for years. The magnificent
3000ft high emerald green cliffs above the Pacific: the waterfalls
cascading down in to the azure water. It’s quite a place. Take
a boat trip, kayak in the Summer, hike the trail into the famous
Kalalau valley – this is one of Kauai’s most prized places.
From the Villa to the Na Pali, try all the beaches along the way:
Haena where the waves are fun, Tunnels where you can look at the
“tunnels” created by ancient lava and see many sea creatures and Ke’e,
where you can snorkel with the Turtles.

Supreme Location for Hanalei & Activities;
Hanalei is the prettiest town on the island. Some of you may be
familiar with “Puff the Magic Dragon” who “lives by the sea in a town
called Hanalee” (they had to change the last letter to make it
rhyme!) Hanalei Bay is famous the world over – the gorgeous half
moon bay where you can swim, boogie board and surf perfect for lovers
and families alike! Hanalei Town is full of quaint boutiques and
great restaurants. Watch for movie stars….

Activities abound (see our amenities / activities page) …. You can
paraglide and windsurf right on your own beach, take the Na Pali boat
trip, hike the Na Pali, surf, snorkel, scuba dive….
