Sunset Lodge-On the Beach in Sylvan Beach

Sunset Lodge is on the beach in the most desirable section of
Sylvan Beach. We have recently remodeled this side into a Nantucket
styled cottage throughout. Cathedral ceilings throughout,themed ceiling fans
in each room, hardwood floors, Eat-in kitchen, deck, 2 bedrooms
with Spanish arch in master bedroom, etc. New furniture throughout.
New front loading washer and dryer.

Sunset Lodge is situated in Sylvan Beach in the most sought after part of the beach.
Oneida Lake is an all activity lake. It is shallow,
60 feet at its deepest, which makes it very warm most of the summer.
It is excellent for swimming because of its sandy bottom and shallow
incline with no drop-offs. It is well known for boating as well as
Walleye and Pike fishing.
Sylvan Beach is situated on 22 mile long Oneida lake which lies in
an east-west direction giving Sunset Lodge spectacular sunsets directly across the
lake.

The street behind Sunset Lodge is a kid friendly, one way street.
The Beaches'attractions include the amusement park, fine and casual
restaurants, great shops and the village park (with regularly
scheduled entertainment throughout the summer) as well as all
village activities, the canal and the pier.

The Beach is also just 20 minutes from the Turning Stone Casino,
The largest Casino/Entertainment compex in NY, with 2 PGA golf
courses 5 exceptional restaurants, and entertainment bookings throughout the year.

For next year, summer 2010, Sunset Lodge is Discounted from the normal rate of 1150 per week to 890 per week for the first four weeks in June (May 28 through June 25) to folks with kids no longer in school or preschool kids. This is because school is still in session these weeks in New York and it's difficult for families with school-aged children to get away at this time. All listed amenities are included.
