Vacation Rental Description

Premiun Property at an exclusive location in Sunny Isles Beach. 
The Building is only three years old. It has incredible 
ammenities.The apartment is fully furnished with two 
bedrooms and two baths; The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 
other room has a Bunk Bed with a Twin Bed over a Full size Bed, 
please see pictures below; additional bedding can be added 
upon request. It also has a laundry room with independent washer and 
dryer. Also three television sets with Cable .  
The building is located in the intracoastal, one block from 
beautiful Sunny Isles Beach.
The apartment is located on the 9th and top floor of the building 
with a very pleasant partial view of the Intracoastal and of the 
Ocean.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The property is reminiscent of a village nestle in the Italian 
Riviera. Porto Bellagio provides spectacular views, beach access and 
Intracoastal waterfront.
This is truly luxury living at its finest with a spectacular 
sparkling pool, and a soothing jacuzzi.

Vacation Rental Rates

$ 900.00 per week, minimum of a week rental, no exemtions, plus $ 70.00 per week 
electricity surcharge, and a $ 70.00 departure cleaning charge. We also 
require a $ 500.00 security deposit, this deposit is returned to the tenant upon departure, and is 
only used to guarantee that the apartment will be well kept.
