Your family will love our clean, charming beach house. We
have created the ideal coastal cottage for your vacation that will
satisfy all your senses. We've filled the yard with plants such as
roses, lavender, peonies and hydrangea so something is always in
bloom. Window boxes complete the cottage look.

Our home is perfect for a small family's vacation and we seek
families that are willing to take special care of our home.

The house is located approx 7/10 of a mile to the entrance to
Scarborough beach and a short walk brings you to the Salt Pond where
you can launch your kayak or canoe.

The remodeled kitchen has fresh white cabinets with deep blue
counters and tile floor and has custom features such as recessed and
under cabinet lighting. The kitchen is open to the living area which
has comfortable seating of sofa, love seat and chair.
The large TV with expanded cable service and DVD/Stereo is housed in
an entertainment cabinet.

Master BR has Queen bed with plush comfy mattress, dresser, night
stand, 2nd small TV with cable service and is decorated in crisp red
and white. Two additional bedrooms, first with Queen bed, dresser and
bed side table and the second has 2 twins (a twin daybed with rollout
rising twin trundle). In summer the room will be set up as two twin
beds.

Bring your laptop as wireless internet service is included.

One full bath with tub/shower and apt size washer/dryer.

Shrubs add privacy to the deck on the back of house with comfortable
patio furniture, patio umbrella and gas grill. An enclosed hot and
cold "after swim" shower is perfect for rinsing the sand off your
toes after a day at the beach.
Off street parking for two cars in the stamped concrete driveway.

This is a perfect vacation house for a couple or a small family of 3
to 5. The photos do not do this house justice, it is even cuter in

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS, PLEASE.

Watering our window boxes once or twice midweek, if you receive
little or no rainfall, is appreciated. We water them each Saturday.


Our home is not appropriate for family reunions, hosting celebration
parties or groups of singles and our rental agreement prohits such
use.

Two queens, 2 twins.Possible bedding change planned for Summer 2009.
2 twins may become one double.

Beginning summer 2008 one window a/c unit will be installed in Master
BR from Mid July through end of August.Ceiling fans in each BR and
living room enhance the sea breezes.

Remodeled kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot,
blender. Dishes, glasses, pots and pans, lobster pot etc. furnished.

One full bath. Washer/dryer.

High speed wireless internet service.
Outdoor enclosed hot and cold after swim shower. Gas Grill. Lobster
pot.
Following local custom, renters bring linens, towels and beach
gear. Renters arriving by plane can be furnished these amenities for
an additional charge which covers laundering of linens. Ask for
details. We supply blankets and pillows.

Vacuum cleaner and iron supplied.

Narragansett is a great family vacation spot. Enjoy Scarborough
beach on sunny days and feast on lobster at night. On the ocassional
cloudy day, you can tour the mansions, browse the shops and have
lunch in nearby Newport. Like the nightlife? Newport has that, too!

Can't get enough shopping on your vacation? Visit Wickford Village,
a quaint marina town for more shopping or visit the Narragansett
Pier shops.

Adventureland for the kids offers batting cages, minigolf, bumper
boats for night time fun. Plenty of ice cream shops for those after
dinner treats!

Visit the Roger Williams zoo, take in a Pawsox game, take a cruise
aboard the Southland and tour the local waters. Enjoy a ferry ride to
Block Island (the ferry is only a 5 min. ride away) and spend the day
riding bikes (or rent scooters) around the island. Fishing and
sailing charters available in the Galilee area. Several golf courses
within the area. Kayak rentals and tours available nearby, they offer
sunset tours and even full moon tours.

Lots of upscale or family restaurants and clam shacks nearby for
those nights you just don't want to cook.

Week 3: June 13 to 20 $1000 AVAILABLE

Weeks not listed are RESERVED.

Refundable security deposit of $300 required.

Weeks run Saturday to Saturday with arrival by 2pm and departure by
11 am.(Departure at 10 am if taking cleaning service option)

Renters must self clean at departure (we supply vacuum and cleaning
supplies) OR we can hire a cleaning service for you. Please inquire.
