December 15 - January 9: $1050 weekly (7 days/6 nights)up to 2 guests (plus $450 up to 6)

Prices are subject to change at any time.

- 50% Deposit is required to reserve your desired dates, balance to be paid w/security deposit 10 business days prior to arrival.

- Payment in full is required when reservations are less than 30
days away.

- Long Term Rental is Available (minimum of 3 day rental).

- Maid Cleaning Service is included.

- Departure Cleaning Fee of $50.00 will be deducted from security
deposit.

- 10% Discounts for Airline Personnel (Proof of Job ID Required).

A Security Deposit of $350.00 USD is required and will be refunded
within 10 business days of departure once Keys have been returned
and Villa found to be in good order.
