vacation rental description
This Oceanfront home offers unobstructed ocean views from every room. During the months of December thorough April, enjoy watching migratory whales from the lanai as they somersault and fluke in the Hawaiian waters. In the
summer months, see the eastern sunrise as its sunrays dances with the
ocean to perform an orchestration of visual delights. Enjoy your
morning coffee on the lanai while a cool breeze from the gentle trade
winds envelop your senses.
Centrally located, this home provides easy access to many wonders of
the Big Island. Take a leisurely 15 minutes drive into Hilo town and
meander through the historic buildings; drive another 20 minutes and
you'll discover the wrath of Pele in Volcano National Park. Heading
north for 20 minutes and visit Waipio Valley which offers hiking,
fishing, and black sand beaches. Akaka Falls is 10 minutes away.
This non-smoking home is ideal for discerning couples, and families
who embrace the beauty of the Hawaiian Islands.
A luxurious, spacious 3,000 sq ft home offers a master bedroom
with master bath, and private lanai. A whirlpool and multi-
heads shower awaits you after long hike at Volcano National Park.
The kitchen is equipped with a double refrigerator with front
door ice maker; make smoothies with ice cubes that are chlorine-free.
The water is processed by a state of the art UV (light)sterilizing
system. Kitchen countertops are made of gorgeous granite imported
from Italy. It is beautiful, but is easy to clean. Two bay windows
in the kitchen allow you to watch a golden sunrise while you prepare
breakfast for your family.
The great room has a soaring breathtaking 18 ft ceiling; perfect
for an "uplifting" morning mediation or just sit, relax, watch the
blue ocean and sip a great cup of our famous Kona coffee.
There are four bedrooms and 3 and half baths in the house. The house
has 3 queen beds,1 full bed, and 1 twin bed. The home is large
enough to accommodate gatherings for family reunions but intimate enough for honeymooners. A Beautiful home for Beautiful Memories.
A huge laundry room is available equipped with Maytag washer,
dryer, and detergent to wash those beachtowels after a fun-filled day
at the beach.

Guest's comment: This was a beautiful new house to stay in.
Extremely
clean and modern. Very open and spacious. Fantastic view of the
ocean sunrise. I liked staying here mostly because of the location.
If you've ever been to Big Island, you know there are so many things
to see and do. The problem is that if you want to see the live
volcano park, you will have to drive to the far south side of the
island. But, if you want to see the beautiful Hapuna State beach
north of Kona, you basically have to go half way around the island.
There are also tons of Golf courses in Kona (and some on the way) as
well. At this place, you have all the amenities of having Hilo so
close for your groceries, shopping, street market, etc AND you are
able to make a day trip to either see the live volcano OR hit a Kona
golf course and get back to your place in time for dinner. Highly
recommended and I will be going again soon.

Guest's comment: I love the home. It's beautiful and clean and all
the conveniences of home. The gourmet kitchen had everything I needed
to cook great tasting meals for my family, even the spices. We would
definitely stay here again when we come to the Big Island. Thanks

Guest's comment: We really enjoyed our accommodation here. My wife
and I especially like having acres for our children to run around on.
I especially like the multi-head shower. Great for relaxing a
policeman's aching muscles. We like the location also. There was no
daily traffic congestion like our last place in Puna.
