Master Bedroom with a mirrored wall, a king size bed, plasma 
24”color TV. and a clothing cabinet. - The Master Bath is fully 
equipped and has marble floor and walls, also a wall to wall master 
closet. - The Second bedroom converts into a playroom during the day 
(if so desired) and has a Murphy queen size bed, a 3 ft. regular 
closet and a linen closet. - There is a full bathroom adjacent to

Vacation Rental Rates

The rental period is from October 1 to May 30 - minimum 4 months and 
maximum 8 - at $3,500.00 per month. The Lease requires that half of 
the total rent will be paid in advance; the balance will be paid 
upon reaching the middle of the rental period. A $1,500.00 security 
deposit is required by the Association and they will hold it in 
escrow. This deposit will be returned to the lessee within 2 weeks 
after the Association has verified that there are no damages to 
common areas or to the rented apartment. All prospective Tenants 
must be interviewed by the Association's Interviewing Committee; 
their meeting place and date will be informed. The Association 
prohibits pets and smoking on the premises.
