of one end of a duplex facing Loon Mountain.  This is a family owned  
unit and will be meticulously cared for to ensure your pleasure and  
comfort when visiting the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

has never been rented. It is equipped with Wireless Internet access  
for your computer, FREE unlimited long distance and local calling,  
new flat panel HDTV and fireplace in main living area. It has new  
granite countertops, cabinets and appliances, new heating and hot  
water systems, new furniture, beds, mattresses.  It has all new  
bathrooms, including sinks, vanities and toilets. It also has new  
hardwood flooring and carpeting, it is essentially a brand new unit.

Our location is filled with activities year round, from great  
summertime fun and popular destinations galore to the highland games  
in September, Fall Foliage in October, Holiday events and the ever  
popular Polar Express event, winter skiing at its finest, spring  
mountain biking, hiking and antiquing. Your stay with us includes  
membership in the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club which  
includes two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one  
outdoors with great views to the mountain), sauna, exercise room and  
12 tennis courts. In addition to skiing and tubing in the winter,  
you can enjoy horseback riding, mountain biking, in-line skating,  
hiking, and the scenic gondola sky ride to the Summit of Loon  
Mountain in the summer time. This area is a filled with year round  
activities for your entire family. A short drive across the  
beautiful Kangamangus scenic highway puts you in scenic North  
Conway, NH, one of the best shopping areas in New England.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Season - $2,275 per week non-holiday or vacation 
 
Rates are subject to change and may be higher during vacation/peak  
weeks.  Rates do not include 8% room tax and cleaning fee of $130.00  
which ensures that the unit is in sparkling clean and in perfect  
condition for your stay with us.
