May/June/July/Aug/Sep:                  $1250 week \ $3800 month

Oct/Nov/Dec 
excluding two Christmas holiday weeks )   $1335 week \ $4000 month


* State & local taxes are plus 11%

* Deposit $250 per week of rental (this is non refundable)

* Remaining balance due 30 days prior to rental

* Credit Card security swipe (no charge taken) required at check 

* Electric pool heating is an additional charge
